Rodrigo is a great motivator and i know that he is a role model/inspiration to many. He does everything with a great heart and confidence, he has great leadership qualities and really tries his best to encourage people in any way possible. Rodrigo is a "what you see is what you get person", he is very funny, kind, honest and always up for a challenge. I am very proud of him and his achievements as a person, which makes me very happy to call him my cousin.
