Yoga classes to meet individual needs, capabilities and objectives. Different styles and pace adjusted to time available. At home or in the studio in Lisbon. Classes conducted either in Portuguese or English. Adult, recovery, restorative, special needs, pre-natal. Teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance International and the Yoga Federation, amongst other trainings. Expect to make use of the wide range of all traditional techniques of yoga to bring body, mind and spirit to a state of balance and freedom.
