Think of my yoga classes as a journey to explore your body and sensations.
My goal isn't to get you into a trendy Instagram pose, but to help you reconnect with your body and develop greater body awareness. Which muscles should you engage to relieve lower back pain? What needs strengthening to support a pose? Which muscles are tight from poor posture and need stretching?
Each of my classes is unique. Before every session, I'll ask what you need and tailor the practice accordingly. Some days, you may feel energized and want a challenge; other times, you may need a more restorative, relaxing flow — and that’s completely fine. One practice doesn’t define your progress, but each one will contribute to how you feel overall.
