Professor de Yoga, facilitador desta filosofia prática multimilenar .
Comecei a praticar yoga á 7 anos atrás e faz mais 2 anos que leciono.
Comecei por tirar um Curso em Portugal pela CPY e mais tarde fui ao berço do Yoga, Rishikesh-Índia tirar o YTT. Fui também a Bali perceber o que de melhor se faz nesta área.
Nas minhas viagens tive a oportunidade de conhecer vários estilos de yoga e adoptar para o meu método aquilo que para mim é a melhor experiência que o praticante pode ter.
A base do yoga que facilito é essencialmente o yoga tradicional da Índia, um yoga completo que inclui mais de 10 disciplinas. Um yoga que trata um indivíduo com um todo, explorando todas as suas dimensões
Permitindo não só desenvolver a saúde do corpo mas também da mente e do espírito.
Para além de incluir em aula as diversas disciplinas do yoga, e alguns diferentes estilos (Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin), todas as aulas incluem relaxamento guiado e terapia de som - Soundhealing - com o uso de taças de cristal, taças tibtanas, guitarra acústica entre outros.
Trata-se de uma aula muito completa que proporciona ao praticante uma viagem ás profundesas do seu ser.

I am neither a Master nor a Guru. I am a beginner Yoga Teacher. I see myself as a facilitator of this practical philosophy that is Yoga.
I started practicing yoga 7 years ago and I've been teaching for 2 years.
I started by taking a course in Portugal by CPY and later I went to the birthplace of Yoga, Rishikesh-India to take the YTT. I also went to Bali to see what is best done in this area.
On my travels, I had the opportunity to get to know various styles of yoga and adopt what for me is the best experience a practitioner can have for my method.
The basis of the yoga I facilitate is essentially traditional Indian yoga, a complete yoga that includes more than 10 disciplines. A yoga that treats an individual as a whole, exploring all its dimensions
Allowing not only to develop the health of the body but also of the mind and spirit.
In addition to including the various yoga disciplines in class, and some different styles (Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin), all classes include guided relaxation and sound therapy - Soundhealing - with the use of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, acoustic guitar among others.
It is a very complete class that provides the practitioner with a journey to the depths of his being.
Yoga brings out the best in us.
