Hi!
I'm Denise, a yoga teacher living on beautiful Terceira island.
After completing my Yoga teacher training, I've felt a deep inspiration by providing an inclusive space for people to discover and practice Yoga their own way.
I provide tailored sessions in bundles after a first consultation. In each session, we will explore what feels good for you (for pain relief, relaxation, activation, awareness, etc.) so you can incorporate it into your daily life.
Every day harbors a new chance to start a new experience!
(I'm learning Portuguese but I'm not fluent yet. Always happy if someone wants to help out!)

I've met Denise through her relatives in a small town in Austria. For a few years I've been struggling with rheumatoid Arthritis and my lack of movement did not make it any better!
We started out slowly by improving my range of movement and easy exercises coupled with my breath. We did 5 sessions together in person and online. I started to feel improvement with my pain in the fingers/joints. The breathing exercise also helped me to fall asleep easier at night!
All in all it was a great experience, and a practice I want to keep up because it is simple and easy to incorporate in my daily life!Ver mais recomendações
