Sobre Lisa
I am a passionate Yogi and a certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance International. I have been practising yoga for several years, which helped me immensely with my posture, my flexibility and balance, not only in my practice, also in my life. Particularly it helped me reaching a calmer state of mind.
I did my certification this year and I am yoga student who is always continuing to grow and learn. I have studied traditional Ashtanga and Vinyasa, Philosophy, alignment and adjustments, meditation, insights in Yin Yoga and trauma informed yoga. I am also certified in Ayurvedic massage, which I love to include in parts of my classes.
I am native German, but living in Porto since a couple years.:)

My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can explore yoga and develop deeper awareness of your own mind and body. I aim to help you build confidence in your personal practice, embracing your very unique yoga journey, no matter the level.
It is a class dedicated for you.
Classes can be private or in a small group if you like to. First of all it is important for me to understand the intentions and goals of each student from a yoga practise. Secondly, we can then decide the pace of the class. My classes can include centering/ breath awareness, varying flows and postures, relaxing time, breath work (Pranayama) and meditation.
Yoga has had a beautiful impact on me, helping
me manage anxiety, stress, overthinking and develop a calmer state. I would love to share this journey and energy with others.

I am really enjoying my classes with Lisa. Felt already a positive impact on my body and especially my big point was to improve my posture, which feels like I am already getting better. Was relaxing but also challenging wich I like a lot. :)
