Hi! I’m a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker who has also lived abroad, so I understand firsthand the challenges of learning a new language and adapting to a new culture. I’m passionate about helping people speak Portuguese confidently while also exploring Brazilian culture, expressions, and everyday life.
In addition, I offer Life Management Coaching, providing support for confidence, stress management, and personal growth. My approach is friendly, supportive, and tailored to your individual goals.

I help people feel confident in conversations and manage life challenges.
I offer two main services:
Emotional Support Coaching and Portuguese Conversation Coaching.
1) Emotional suport/Life coaching:
I'm a emotional support coach with a background in therapeutic listening and mental health support. I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in life decisions. My approach is warm, nonjudgemental, and focused on helping you feel heard, understood, and more confident in your daily life.
I work specially well with:
- Anxiety and overthinking
- Emotional overwhelm
- Life transitions
- Communication and confidence
I also support expats and people living abroad who want to express themselves better and feel more emotionally balanced while adapting to a new environment.
Sessions are available in English and Portuguese.
2) Portuguese Conversation Coaching:
Learn Portuguese naturally and confidently! I'm a native Portuguese speaker (Brazilian) and conversation coach, helping foreigners speak Portuguese without fear or overthinking.
My sessions focus on real-life conversations, pronunciation, and fluency - not boring grammar rules. I also bring a supportive approach, helping you feel relaxed and confident while learning. Beyond the language we explore Brazilian culture, customs and expressions.
Whether you want to speak Portugueses confidently or receive emotional support and coaching, I'm here to help you grow, feel understood, and reach your goals. Let's start your journey today!
