I did some video analysis with Lucas, I can say that I really learned a lot. Even though the sea conditions weren't very good on the day of the video analysis, Lucas still picked up very important points that I was missing and I hadn't even imagined.
In the other video analyzes we did, I was already executing the correct movements that I had learned in the previous video analysis. Soon I managed to improve my surfing a lot with the quality of Lucas's video analyses.
