Sobre Len
I was born in Germany, but grew up in the beautiful sunny Algarve, where my parents opened up a surf school. I have been surfing since I was 8 years old, and always had a passion for it.
4 years ago I finished my surf instructor licenses and have been teaching ever since. I teached large groups, did private lessons and even had my own little kids club.
Now I moved to Lisbon for my studies and would love to keep sharing my knowledge and help you to become better (the best) surfer!

Lessons wil always be based on your specific needs:
- Surf theory (currents and rips, how to behave in the water, safety aspects, etc.)
- Warm-up
- Pre surf exercises + demonstration
- Practicing in the water
- Video analyses (if possible)
- Corrections and tips (will be given through out the lesson)
- Cool down + stretching

Detalhes
I do not provide surf equipment for the lesson. Any material necessary (including Wetsuit, Surf Board and Leashe) should be rented (± 20€ for wetsuit and board, depending not the surf school) or brought by the student.
Place: Depending on conditions/students preferences- Praia de Carcavelos, Costa da Caparica or Guincho area
