20-90 min classes and treatments tailored to your needs
Class in a group - 13-15€ (online-offline), individual - 35-45€ (online-offline), Thai Massage 30-40€ (60-90min), Nailstanding session 30-40€ (online-offline), yoga for busy people 100€/month, coaching program - 280€/month radical transformation
-Pilates/Strength 50 min
-Yoga 60-75 min (beginner - advanced)
-Thai Massage 60-90 min
-Nailstanding 45-60 min (intention, breathwork, tea)
-Yoga for busy people 20 min x3 per week
Shorter options don’t include meditation and relaxation.
I adjust and lead towards the goal wether it’s wellbeing, muscle growth, body decomposition, mental health, pre-post natal health.
Individual approach - funny and fast or slow and introspective.

Anna teaches strong but funny classes always challenging me and charging with positive vibes. I found her announcement in the group chats, felt connection with her YouTube and website blog posts and decided to try. We work for 6 month and so far I don’t plan to stop. I highly recommend Anna as the coolest movement guide. We all need to move more!
