I have experience teaching private classes for all ages and fitness levels.
We all come from different backgrounds, and that’s why I take a holistic approach — no two sessions will be the same. Some days, you'll feel like pushing yourself, while other times, you'll want to focus on release, and that's perfectly okay. My goal is for you to listen to your body, move in a way that feels good, and connect with your mind, so you leave each session feeling balanced and energized.
