I employ evidence-based practices to design customized exercise programs. My approach is client-centered, focusing on individual goals, abilities & medical considerations.
Classes combine thorough explanations, demonstrations & hands-on guidance. Participants learn how their bodies move, things to focus on while gaining independence & confidence.
I am able to teach classes that address general conditioning, weight-loss & lifestyle change management, cardiac & metabolic conditioning, Pre/Post-Pregnancy training, and high-performance sports conditioning.
My classes cater to diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. I adapt content for holistic fitness including Psychology, Sleep Science and Dietary components to improve overall health.
I am able to teach in person and online. I also offer classes in Portuguese!
Movement is medicine, so I look forward to moving with YOU!

I met Suzana while she was working as a Clinical Excercise Physiologist at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. She introduced some amazing fitness and weigh loss programs and I was so sorry she left for Portugal. She is the best trainer and continues to give me online one on one sessions! Suzana e tambem muito simpática.
