Sobre Daya
Since 2016, I have been guiding yoga classes in different countries with a focus on self-inquiry, using the body as a bridge to connect with our unique inner universe and its impact on outer reality.
I grew up in a yoga and Eastern studies center, as my mother is a Yoga teacher and my father is a Tai Chi Chuan Instructor, that way, this practice is really part of who I am. I have a background in various styles of yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices, summing up over 900 hours of formal training.
I began my formal Vedanta studies in 2013 with Gloria Arieira, a direct student of Swami Dayananda, and this philosophy is reflected in my work through a mindful yet dynamic, creative, and nurturing approach.

My aim is to hold space for people to learn more about themselves by integrating a combination of ancient and modern techniques. My classes are suitable to all levels, but specially target to those looking to move beyond the superficiality and gradually create a connection with the deeper layers of the self.
I teach a variety of styles, including:
Kundalini Yoga (Level 1 & 2)
Vinyasa Flow
Yin Yoga (Level 1, 2 & 3)
Yoga Nidra
Hatha Yoga
Restorative
Meditation and breathwork
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, I adapt each session to suit your goals, abilities, and preferences. Private classes offer you the chance to grow at your pace. Classes can be held on a yoga studio, at home (specific locations) or online.
