My journey with movement spans 21 years, during which I have continually expanded my skills as both a practitioner and a teacher of a different movement forms and dance.
My career began in 2009 when I started working as a fitness instructor in Poznań, leading a variety of group classes. Between 2015 and 2017, I gained experience in Berlin, where I had the opportunity to teach at renowned fitness clubs while regularly training under the guidance of Shai Faran.
This experience introduced me to innovative approaches to movement and training, significantly influencing my professional growth.
My daily training and passion for discovering new techniques eventually led me to the Pilates method, which I now utilize in my work with clients.o
