Sou portuguesa, Professora licenciada e explicadora há mais de 20 anos e tenho muita experiência em Português, Português para estrangeiros e Inglês, com bons resultados.
Nas aulas procuro conhecer as maiores necessidades dos meus alunos e resolvê-las.

I am Portuguese and a qualified teacher and tutor with over 20 years of experience, specialising in Portuguese, Portuguese as a foreign language, and English, with a strong track record of achieving positive results.
I am patient and I take the time to understand my students’ individual needs, identifying their main difficulties and helping them overcome them.
I have extensive experience teaching both in the classroom and online, working with students individually as well as in groups.

Sou paciente e calma, características que faço incidir no meu trabalho. Gosto de criar aulas descontraídas e orientadas para os gostos e necessidades do(s) aluno(s), para que possam aprender o português para estrangeiros naturalmente e sem complexos. Acredito que compreender e ser compreendido/a é muito importante, seja em contexto de trabalho ou apenas para se integrar com naturalidade e poder comunicar com qualquer pessoa. O método é personalizado em cada aluno ou grupos pequenos, com incidência nas suas necessidades e gostos, com um mínimo de nomes gramaticais possível. No entanto, se gosta de gramática ou prefere compreender detalhadamente como funciona a língua, também posso adaptar as aulas nesse sentido e aprofundar os conteúdos gramaticais de acordo com os seus interesses e objetivos. E sabemos que cada aluno é diferente, por isso cada aula também deve ser. O meu objetivo é ajudá-lo a aprender de forma útil, natural e adequada à sua realidade, para que possa comunicar com maior segurança e sentir-se verdadeiramente integrado/a.
I am a patient and calm teacher, and I bring these qualities into every lesson. I like to create relaxed, friendly lessons that are tailored to my students’ interests, needs and goals, so that you can learn Portuguese naturally, confidently and without feeling self-conscious.
I believe that being able to understand and be understood is essential — whether you need Portuguese for work, everyday life, or simply to feel more comfortable and integrated when living in Portugal or elsewhere. My goal is to help you communicate naturally and confidently with people in real-life situations.
My lessons are personalised for each student or small group, with a strong focus on their individual needs and interests. I try to keep grammatical terminology to a minimum and focus instead on helping you understand and use the language naturally.
That said, if you enjoy grammar or prefer to understand exactly how the language works, I can adapt the lessons to suit you and explore grammar in greater depth, according to your interests and learning goals.
Every student is different, so every lesson should be different too.
My aim is to help you learn Portuguese in a practical, natural and enjoyable way, adapted to your reality, so that you can communicate with greater confidence and feel truly at home in the language and culture.
