We will begin with your interests, and what you have been exploring and questioning in your own studies.
From here we will expand into complementary thoughts and ideas and begin to expand the scope and the vision of reality.
This will take us in many directions, whether we are exploring evolution, ontology, or politics.
I will give instruction for basic techniques to relax the mind and enter into a state called Upaccara Samadhi, which is the optimal state for the brain to connect new neural pathways.
