Sobre Matilde

Sou licenciada em Matemática pela Universidade de Oxford. Sou também ex-participante de Olimpíadas de Matemática, tendo conquistado várias medalhas a nível nacional em Portugal e até representado o país nas Olimpíadas Internacionais de Matemática. Dou explicações de Matemática há três anos, tendo ajudado vários estudantes a obter o nível requerido para entrada nas mais prestigiadas universidades no Reino Unido.

Sobre a aula

Dou aulas a alunos até ao 12º ano sobre o currículo escolar. Em particular posso ajudar com a preparação para as olimpíadas da Matemática (categorias Junior e A portuguesas), e para candidaturas a universidades no Reino Unido.

Tenho experiência com a preparação para os testes MAT e STEP usados por Oxford, Cambridge, e outras universidades, tal como preparação para entrevistas.

Perfeito! Matilde helped and explained the concepts very clearly, her methods are very easy to understand. She also gave some tricks to solve which were pretty useful. Her teaching has helped me a lot.

Matilde is a really great instructor. She explained topics that I hadn't learned in school extremely well -- so well I was able to then tutor my friends in school with the information I learned. She is super patient and understanding, especially when the topics are more complex. She was also always prepared for every meeting. By the time we met, she would have looked through the homework I submitted and had a plan ready for the next meeting. I would definitely recommend her as a tutor because she is very good at explaining difficult concepts and very friendly!
