Sobre Inês
Hello! I'm Inês and I live in Lisbon. I was born in Portugal and have been passionate about my language and culture since I was young. I've always enjoyed teaching Portuguese to the immigrants I've met, and besides that, I love music (I even do DJ sets occasionally :)), taking walks by the seaside, and meeting different people.

I've always enjoyed teaching those who wanted to learn my language. Before teaching, I worked in a restaurant where I made sure that most foreign customers who came in left speaking a little bit of Portuguese. In addition, I informally taught some immigrant friends so they would feel more included and comfortable speaking the language in their daily lives.
Given my background, I prefer to give lessons in a rather informal and uncomplicated way. My classes are adapted to each student, and I like to focus on pronunciation, practical vocabulary, and slang. I teach grammar in a light and accessible way because my main goal is to make you feel comfortable speaking the language in your daily life.
