Sobre Raquel
Hi! I’m Raquel, a native European Portuguese teacher based in Lisbon, with 18 years of teaching experience in Portuguese schools.
Throughout my career, I have taught Portuguese, English and Spanish to students of different ages and levels. Since 2021, I have also been teaching Portuguese online to international students.
I have extensive experience preparing students for CAPLE exams, including the CIPLE, as well as for the Portuguese language exam required for nationality applications. I have successfully helped my students achieve their goals and approach their exams with confidence.
I’m a qualified and experienced teacher who takes my work seriously and is committed to providing well-structured, reliable and effective lessons. I continuously develop my teaching skills and adapt my approach to the needs of each learner.

I use a variety of resources, including textbooks, grammar guides, exercises and real-life materials, and I provide all the materials you need for each lesson.
My aim is to create a supportive and motivating learning environment where you can make steady progress and feel increasingly confident using Portuguese.
