Sobre Esther
I started yoga when I was six with my mom as she used it to stay active during pregnancy with my little brother. Later on I picked it up as a way to supplement my running and dancing for increased endurance and flexibility. I went on to study for my teacher training in kundalini yoga in an ashram in India where I thought the students at the Ashram. I am also trained as a Vinyasa yoga teacher in Lisbon.

With lots of information and different styles out there it can be overwhelming sometimes. I am here to teach you real and simple techniques which you can later on easily continue to work into your day to day life.
