Gabbi has been a wonderful yoga teacher.
Her yin yoga classes have helped keep me grounded and gently eased me back into regaining my flexibility. Her Vinyasa classes built my strength and fluidity. Gabbi is excellent in accommodating for any injuries and makes use of props and alternative positions to accommodate each person's ability.Gabriella is a fantastic teacher that is patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone interested in using her services!

Our first session will be more of a discovery call/meeting to assess your needs.
If you would like to have in-person lessons, I can either come to your house (if you live within 15km of Cascais, Lisbon), or we can meet at a local, suitable public park.
Preferably have a mat and bring a bottle of water with you to all lessons.
Class packs are valid for 2 months from the date of use.
