My lessons are 100% dedicated to each student. Due to my extensive experience in tutoring and working with children of all ages and backgrounds, I am very flexible in my teaching methods and try to always find the right approach for each student. Every lesson is structured according to the needs and wishes of my students.

I am a native German teacher offering tutoring for Biology, Chemistry, English and German (all grades). In addition I can offer support in Maths, Physics and French (up to the 10th grade).
Coming from an 8-children’s household, having 4 children myself and 26 nieces and nephews, already in my private life I had at all times lots of contact with young people.
Originally educated as a scientific biologist (I also studied in English), I later added the Didactics for Biology and Chemistry to become a teacher. These two subjects I would be able to complete with an interesting ecological knowledge and supplement them with good foundations from the medical field after my training as an alternative practitioner.
When my own children gradually left home, it was also possible for me to gain a substantial experience as a tutoring teacher.
Of course I speak fluently German and have also studied this subject at the university. The German literary history is widely known to me, and sometimes I compose my own texts and write poetry.
In addition to the fact that Mathematics - as everyone knows - is an absolute necessity in science studies, over the years I have also accompanied young people to graduation in this subject.
Also, I speak fluently English and have good basic knowledge in Physics and in French. Therefore these subjects could also be topic of the lessons.
Without exaggerating I can say, whether privately, at youth events or in school I easily get an uncomplicated and warm-hearted connection with children and adolescents.
After the death of my husband the family of my elder daughter allured me here to Lisbon. In a few months, I will be a grandmother for the third time. However, I still do not feel old enough just to be exclusively with my grandchildren. I love them, but teaching has also given me joy at any point of my life.
