In addition, I can put myself in the position of the students. When I attended university, I had a minor in the Spanish language. I, too, had to learn the proper pronunciation and conversation. My tutor would encourage me to read basic texts, watch movies and series in Spanish. In the beginning, I was shy and skeptical. However, my tutor's encouragement was beneficial. As the months progressed, I became more and more confident. When I speak Spanish today, I am not self-conscious about my accent or pronunciation.
My objective, with the French language, is for my students to be confident, and maybe even surpass me in their speaking and writing skills.

Regarding my teaching methods, I like to have fun in my classes. When one learns a new language, it can be intimidating. Nevertheless, it's all about practice. There are too many people who are uncomfortable with their accents, but that shouldn't be a handicap. I'll be present to assist you with the pronunciation. My lessons are catered to people who have a beginner and intermediate level of French. I'll focus on basic grammar and conjugation rules. In addition, I'll take turns with the student on the topic of conversation. Once again, one learns faster when one is having fun !!!
