I begin by assessing the student’s current level, strengths, and challenges through discussion and short diagnostic tasks. Together, we define clear learning goals (e.g. exam preparation, skill improvement, or long-term mastery).
2. Personalized Lesson Structure
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs and typically includes:
A brief review of previous material,
Introduction of new concepts in a clear, step-by-step way, Guided practice with increasing difficulty,
Time for questions and clarification
3. Active Learning & Explanation
I encourage students to actively participate by:
Explaining concepts in their own words,
Solving problems aloud,
Applying ideas to practical or real-world examples
This helps ensure genuine understanding rather than memorization.
4. Adaptive Teaching
I adjust my pace and methods based on the student’s feedback and performance. If a concept is difficult, I approach it from multiple angles (examples, analogies, visual aids, or practice exercises).
5. Feedback & Progress Tracking
I provide clear, constructive feedback and regularly revisit learning goals. Progress is tracked over time so lessons remain focused and efficient.
