I’ve been learning languages for as long as I can remember — and I’m currently learning Portuguese while living in Brazil with my husband, who is Brazilian.
I believe it’s a gift to speak more than one language, not just to communicate, but to connect deeply with other people, cultures, and even learn more about yourself.
I know how powerful it feels to truly express yourself in another language, to understand jokes, share stories, build friendships, and feel confident in conversations.
Now I have family across the world, and I’ve experienced firsthand how important it is to speak with clarity and confidence.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping others learn English in a way that feels natural, creative, and effortless.
I want my students to feel empowered — not just to pass a test or memorize rules, but to use English to connect, express, and grow!

I'm Éilis — a native English teacher from Ireland , currently living in Brazil!
I'm CELTA-certified, with 4 years of experience teaching students from all over the world.
I specialize in Intermediate and Advanced levels, and I'm also highly experienced in English for Beginners, Business English, and Duolingo English Test preparation.
