I value learning that is fun and with lightness and laughter. I take a holistic approach to learning which ensures checking in during the session to understand your concentration needs and what type of learner you (e.g more visual or audial). I have been working professionally in communication based jobs for 14 years and believe that our ability to communicate well and feel understood relates to our sense of self worth and happiness and our sense of community.
