I take my knowledge out of my own experience (7yrs). My education I didn’t finish because i moved to Portugal, and my 120 clients helped in the one year of experience as trainer. I am looking for a PT education here, do it and finish my education.

After a certain time, you will have the knowledge to train by yourself, on the correct way. This is with the knowledge, technique and skill to improve yourself. The knowledge will be also about the things you need to do to optimise yourself results. So do you need a course and trainer at once, where you will never need a trainer anymore after.
