Sobre Elle
The practice of yoga deeply supported my health first on the mat, and then off and onwards into daily life. I love the philosophies of this ancient practice and gain wisdom from the teachings and connections to the body. My mantra is to be compassionate and find balance - these themes I bring to my classes as a foundation.
I'm from London and I've been taking care of children as a nanny in Amsterdam for the past 10 years. Yoga brought more patience and kindness into my work. I shared private yoga classes with people holding long-term health conditions, beginners and kids in Amsterdam for a year. I now teach English to Brazilian adults and teenagers online, after moving to Campinas at the end of 2025 with my Brazilian partner and our old French bull dog. I love traveling, reading and most importantly, bolo de cenora with a cup of coffee :)
Please note: I do not speak Portuguese at this moment- my classes are in English (native).
We can have classes online, at your home or in the park nearby.

I share yoga mindfully, tailored to the person in front of me. We can focus on specific areas of the body, follow themes or practice mediation together too. I love to think about the body and create a sequence for class that creates some fire within and balance with calmness alike.
Challenging and exploring the mind and body with respect, curiosity and fun.
Those who are new to a yoga practice are welcome. Those who have some experience and wish to deepen their practice are welcome. Those who would like to practice together with a loved one are welcome.
