Sobre Kaja
I’m a 33-year-old originally from Slovenia, now living in Portugal for the past seven years. Movement has always been a central part of my life—dancing since childhood and teaching dance for many years has been my passion and joy. I love exploring personal growth and helping others on their journeys toward self-discovery and transformation.
In recent years, my love for movement naturally led me to yoga, a practice that deepened my connection to both body and mind. After completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I’m excited and ready to share this incredible practice with others. My mission is to create a safe space where people can connect with themselves, move their bodies in their unique ways, calm down their nervous system, and stop and pause for the moment. Whether through mindful movement, relaxation, or self-awareness, I’m here to support and guide you on your path.
