Sobre Florence
I studied Systematic Kinesiology and nutritional coaching in London, then Medicina Natural in Porto (EMAC). Before that I was an executive and an entrepreneur in fashion + media, so I understand how stress can impact one's health and how difficult it is to eat right when having an hectic life. I followed raw food courses with a chef of The Tree Of Life. I am a flexitarian, passionate about food, energy and nutrition.

I help people find out what are the foods they need to be in optimal health and to regain energy or to lose weight. I teach what/how to shop, how to prepare meals, juices, fermented foods, sprouting, etc. Proper nutrition can help with many health ailments, with fatigue, depression, anxiety and more. I am French/Swiss, mother of 3 kids, I lived in Italy, USA, UK before arriving to Porto 7 years ago and I gathered lots of precious methods and recipes on the way.
