I have been in contact with Fernando for a several years on the internet and met him in person last November. During that time I have conversed on the web and in person in English and watched him give interpretations both from and to the English language. He has an excellent knowledge of English, which is my native language, and uses correct grammar and syntax. I believe that he can impart his vast knowledge to the betterment of his students and if they apply themselves to his guidance and teaching they will be well-grounded in the English language.
