Hi, I’m André, a Product Owner working in an international company within the digital insurance space.
I have hands-on experience working with real product teams, translating business needs into user stories, prioritising backlogs, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders on a daily basis.
My experience is focused on real-world product work, not just theory. I have worked closely with consultants, designers, and technical teams, which gives me a clear and practical understanding of how Product Owner roles actually function in a professional environment.
I’m particularly interested in helping others break into Product or grow in their careers, by simplifying complex concepts and sharing practical insights from my day-to-day work.
My goal is to make Product roles easier to understand and more accessible, helping people feel confident when applying knowledge in real job situations.

My mentoring sessions are focused on helping you succeed in real Product Owner roles, not just understanding theory.
We start by understanding your goal, whether it’s breaking into Product, preparing for interviews, or improving in your current role. Based on that, I create a personalised and practical plan.
Each session is structured and results-driven:
- Review of your current level and goals.
- Clear explanation of key concepts (Agile, Scrum, Product thinking).
- Practical exercises (writing user stories, backlog management, prioritisation).
- Real-life examples from actual Product Owner work.
- Actionable feedback and next steps.
My approach is highly practical and tailored to you. I focus on how things actually work in real teams, helping you build confidence and skills you can immediately apply.
These sessions are ideal for beginners, career switchers, Business Analysts moving into Product, or anyone who wants to better understand Product Owner responsibilities.
Sessions are online/presential and available in English and Portuguese.
