The perfect mix between juvenile enthusiasm and experienced patience, I encourage the student and give them all the necessary tools and ideas to advance, without becoming overbearing and harsh.
My experience playing numerous concerts in Greece and in Portugal, whether solo, in a band, or accompanying someone else, have taught me the importance of adapting, exploring and improvising, and it is this mindset that I mainly encourage my students to grasp: it doesn't need to be difficult to be good.
It's all about controling the feeling, and technique is only in the service of this.

From beginner to advanced, I offer personal lessons with methodology tailored to the student's needs and character. I am an experienced player and composer with specialty in fingerstyle guitar, as well as music of Cabo Verde. I find the most important thing is to understand the feeling behind the music, and to employ the appropriate technique to elevate it.
