Sobre Martim
I'm a 22-year-old Portuguese writer from Porto, passionate about language, stories, and connecting with people. I've published some of my own work and helped create PHOBIAS, a magazine that gives space to young local writers to express themselves and be heard.
I studied Marketing entirely in English and had the chance to live in New York for six months, an experience that opened my mind and deepened my appreciation for cultural exchange.
Like many Portuguese people, I'm proud of our culture and language, although for me, it goes even deeper. Tutoring Portuguese allows me to share that passion while meeting people from all over the world and learning from their cultures too.
Right now, I'm working on a fiction book in Portuguese, which feels like the perfect way to combine my love for storytelling with my desire to help others communicate more confidently and meaningfully in this beautiful language.
