Sobre Filipe
I was Head Coach at Jungle Padel Surabaya in Indonesia, where I spent a year coaching players of all levels. Today I still work in padel every day as Country Manager at QUAD, a Portuguese padel brand.
I hold a master's degree in Economics, and it shows in the way I coach: I spot patterns, give precise corrections and explain things simply. I'm demanding but approachable. I want you to enjoy the game and to really improve.

Every lesson has a clear goal, built around your level and what you want to improve.
We start with technique, with drills focused on your stroke and court positioning. Then we move into game situations, so that what you practise actually shows up in your matches. I won't just teach you how to hit the ball. I'll teach you why, when and where to play each shot.
I put a strong focus on defence, transition and attack, because that's what separates playing from competing. At the end of every lesson you'll know what you've improved and what we'll work on next.
