As a Fashion and Textiles Design Graduate, my life revolves around the beauty of creating things by hand. I fell in love with sewing and crochet because they teach us to slow down and appreciate the conscious process of making garments from scratch. I want to share these beautiful, mindful practices with others in a warm, supportive, and completely relaxed environment where students feel inspired to create at their own pace.

Slow Crafts & Cozy Conversations: Sewing & Crochet Lessons in Porto
If you are looking to slow down, create something beautiful with your hands, and practice your English in a completely relaxed setting, you have come to the right place. Based in Porto, I offer personalised sewing and crochet lessons for absolute beginners and intermediates, focusing on garment creation, accessories, and creative crafts. My teaching philosophy centres on the beauty of slow crafts, I believe learning sewing and/or crochet is a mindful, conscious process, and my goal is to provide a patient, cozy, and supportive environment where we take our time and enjoy the journey. To make things as easy as possible for you, I bring the lessons right to your doorstep, whether that means traveling to your home or meeting up at a local creative cafe. In addition to this, I also provide all the initial materials to get you started.
What makes these lessons truly unique is the immersive language element. As a native English speaker, I offer a natural, two-in-one experience where we can conduct our sessions entirely in English. This isn’t a strict classroom environment, it is a low-pressure space for casual chit-chat and friendly conversation. It is the perfect, stress-free way to practice speaking while your hands are busy working on a project. Whether you want to understand how to sew your own clothes or master the beautiful art of crochet, we will move at your exact pace.
