Sobre Cecilia Rocca
I am 27 years old. I have loved languages since I can remember: I have studied 5 different ones (with good and less good outcomes!). Teaching is my greatest passion, and I have experience with children, high school students and adults. I have studied advanced Italian grammar, writing and literature during high school, as well as some more literature in my Human Geography degree. Ultimately, this is your class and I am here to find the best method to make Italian less scary and more friendly :)

Disclaimer: my classes are mainly held in English and Italian, as I am still learning Portuguese!
As a language student myself, I know the struggles of approaching a new one, especially as an adult. During the past 7 years, I have been teaching English as a second language and Italian as both a first and second language, which allowed me to meet students of different levels and to get to know the critical points of learning a language. Languages are useful and fascinating, but mostly they are fun!
I like mixing grammar and conversation to make it easier for you to apply our classes in your everyday life. We can find together the right method for you. I can provide materials with grammar and excercises, as well as recommendations for Italian music (a perfect tool to improve vocabulary and pronunciation) and TV series.
