Sobre Leslie
Hi! I'm Leslie, a translator from Chile with a degree in Translation and a professional background in languages, communication and tourism.
I've lived in Portugal for 4 years, where I worked as a tour guide and used Portuguese every day, both professionally and in my everyday life. I've also lived and worked in different countries, so I'm very comfortable communicating with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese, Italian and German and I know from personal experience that learning a language is about much more than grammar — it's about feeling confident enough to actually use it.
I'm friendly, patient and professional, and I really enjoy helping people connect through language.
If you're learning Portuguese for Portugal, I'd love to help you feel at home in the language.

My classes are relaxed, practical and welcoming. Whether you're starting Portuguese from zero or already have a good level, we'll work from wherever you are.
I like teaching through real conversations and everyday situations, while naturally bringing in grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. We can focus on what matters to you — travelling, living in Portugal, work, meeting people, or simply becoming more comfortable speaking.
There’s no pressure to speak perfectly and definitely no shame in making mistakes! I want you to feel comfortable trying, asking questions and improving at your own pace.
