Sobre Wesley
My philosophy is that for every hour that the student spends in class, they should be able to identify clear learning outcomes. My focus is on bringing the language and learning alive. I want to motivate, inspire, enthuse, and empower students to achieve rapid progress in the English language. I discourage the use of dry photocopies and dull texts. I prefer our classes to be hands-on, communicative and interactive.

For 10 years, I have been building a successful reputation as a business professional across different industries through my career, creating supportive networks, ongoing education and a persistent attitude. Achieving a Bachelor of Science Management, Major in International Trade (2013) and a Master of Business Management underway. I have the technical business knowledge to support my experience.
Communication is a key strength that is the cornerstone of my career to date. I am able to work strategically and effectively with all personality types and tiers of management. Turning to my personal career, 2 years abroad lived in Australia, reinforces my international experience and my capacity of handling different challenges. This affinity with business goals ensures, I am capable of bringing business outcomes to life. Highly engaging, with the belief that consistency and dedication build the most successful business partnership.
I use high energy in every engagement whether it is personal, professional or charitable. My commitment to community is demonstrated by active involvement as member team of Australian Conservation Foundation and UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. With a keen interest in investment and a huge motivation I have worked towards my professional goals. However my engagement with the community and my commitment to build a better world play a key role in my career and provide me a perfect balance between business and my personal life.
