As a Visual Artist, Curator, and Editor with a decade of immersion in the arts, including sculpture, drawing, and painting, I bring a multifaceted approach to my craft. Specializing in the human form, particularly busts, I sculpt not only in clay but also utilize eco-friendly materials for sustainable practices.
My journey in the arts has been enriched by diverse experiences, from studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon to obtaining an M.A in Art and Environment in Ireland. Additionally, I've honed my skills through online figurative sculpture classes at New Masters Academy, learning directly from renowned teachers associated with the Florence Academy of Art.
This blend of artistic intuition and technical proficiency, influenced by the "drawing in space" techniques taught by esteemed sculpture professors at NMA, equips me with the expertise to guide aspiring sculptors in mastering the intricacies of figurative sculpture. Join me in exploring the boundless possibilities of sculpting the human form with depth and precision.

Embark on a journey with me to master the art of figurative sculpture. Drawing from my extensive experience in mentoring both figurative art and ceramics, I offer comprehensive instruction tailored for beginners and advanced students, both in-person and online.
My teaching style is grounded in the classical traditions of figurative sculpture, enriched by the heritage of Florence and infused with contemporary artistic sensibilities. From laying the groundwork with materials and tools to sculpting basic forms and refining intricate details, I guide students through every step of the sculptural process.
Throughout our classes, you'll progress methodically, starting with sculpting the profile and gradually refining each facial feature. By the end, you'll have transformed anatomical knowledge into artistic skill, equipped to craft lifelike portrait sculptures.
But our journey doesn't stop there. I'll also provide insights into casting and firing techniques, ensuring your artistic vision comes to life in its entirety.
