Sobre Pamela
I am a trained actress and theatre director based in Paris, with a strong background in theatre and visual arts. I hold a Master’s degree in Theatre and Other Performing Arts from the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris, and trained as an actress at Cours Florent and Cours Eva Saint Paul.
Over the years, I have worked as an actress, director and theatre creator, and founded my own visual theatre collective, staging different productions on the Parisian stage.
Through my experience in theatre, I have developed a strong interest in communication, self-expression and confidence. I enjoy helping people find their voice, feel comfortable in front of others and express themselves with greater freedom and authenticity.

Do you sometimes feel nervous, uncomfortable or unsure of yourself when speaking in front of others? My coaching sessions are designed to help you build confidence, express yourself clearly and speak with greater ease.
Drawing on my training and experience as a professional actress, I use practical theatre techniques to work on voice, breathing, articulation, body language, presence and spontaneity. We also practise how to structure your ideas and connect naturally with your audience.
Whether you need to prepare for a presentation, interview, meeting, speech or simply want to feel more confident expressing yourself, the sessions are adapted to your level and personal goals.
My approach is supportive, practical and encouraging the aim is not to make you someone else, but to help you feel comfortable, authentic and confident when you speak!
