Sobre Julie Anne

I am a journalist, writer and graduate in Portuguese (from Brazil). Living in Spain, I have met and helped Spanish language speakers (from Europe and Latin America) to learn Portuguese, improving their accent, increasing their vocabulary and being able to speak the language correctly!

Sobre a aula

I base my classes on texts of personal development and self-knowledge, because they are subjects that I master and interest all those who aim to grow as a person. I am also a yoga teacher, so I can bring up some more spiritualized topics about this and other philosophies of life if it is up to the student's will. I focus much more on conversation and text comprehension, teaching grammar while actually communicating, so that it is neither tedious nor boring to learn!

Perfeito! Great first introduction Lesson! She taught me Portuguese in a way that was really easy to understand and very helpful for pronunciation—especially for singing Brazilian music. She was fantastic! I can’t wait to work on the actual song that I want to improve in the second class. Thank you, Julie!
