Ator, cantor, ator e facilitador de grupo por 39 anos. Ele treinou, integrou e dirigiu vários grupos de teatro no Brasil. Ministra cursos e palestras para empresas de Marketing Pessoal, Trabalho em Equipe, Criatividade e Comunicação, desenvolvendo uma proposta de crescimento pessoal através do trabalho corporal e vocal. Participou de cursos e workshops com mestres como Augusto Boal, Eugênio Barba, Antunes Filho e Rosa Krausz. Sua especialidade é preparar pessoas para apresentações divertidas e atraentes. Participou de vários grupos teatrais no Brasil nas principais capitais e nos principais festivais de teatro. Como ator, ele fez muitas campanhas publicitárias em vídeos transmitidos pela TV aberta e pela internet.

Sobre a aula

Em sua metodologia, ele aplica o princípio do desenvolvimento pessoal através da prática teatral. A primeira sessão on-line será gratuita e lhe dará a oportunidade de avaliar suas necessidades e se o método atende aos seus objetivos. Oferece apenas sessões online individuais com os tópicos básicos relacionados à comunicação: respiração, desinibição, criatividade, dicção, projeção vocal, roteiro, improvisação, humor e interpretação.

1) How long have you been interested in the field of well-being, and are you practicing?
My first experience was back in 1997 with a theater group from Belém do Pará called Grupo Experiência. I’ve been practicing ever since, because teaching is always a two-way street—you can’t teach without also learning.
2) Tell us what your discipline can bring to people's lives.
I usually describe my work as public speaking training, but in practice, we focus a lot on self-awareness, leadership, and self-esteem.
When people learn to better understand their breathing, their voice, and their expressive abilities, they gain confidence—and with that comes the joy of communicating.
3) Could you provide some instant top tips to help us feel good in body and mind?
Start with your breathing: proper breathing creates a relaxed state that makes interactions flow more naturally.
Stay physically active and stay connected to your feelings and perceptions.
On top of that, anything you do to nurture your voice, creativity, and sense of humor will help keep you both healthy and happy.
4) How would you describe your method as a practitioner?
My method invites people to explore themselves as if they were actors, shaping a professional persona that allows them to come across as leaders with strong communication skills.
5) With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?
I’ve learned that no matter what happens, the most important skill for a contemporary speaker is the ability to listen. Only by listening can we truly understand the best way to connect with others.
6) Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?
Much of my inspiration comes from Augusto Boal, a Brazilian actor and director who founded one of the country’s most influential theater movements. He created Theatre of the Oppressed, bringing social issues to the stage in a powerful way.
7) How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?
I love walking, biking, and cooking. These activities keep me grounded and connected with people who value health and positive interaction.
8) Tell us about a memorable lesson.
I’ll never forget learning one of the most valuable lessons of my professional life: the power of humming.
It was the key to discovering my voice—strengthening it while also helping me understand my emotions and how to manage them.
